Tucked away from city noise yet super conveniently-located: 5-minute drive to Spooky Nook Champion Mill and Downtown Hamilton, 15-minute drive to Miami University and Oxford, 50-minute drive to Cincinnati and Dayton.

No smoking (any substances) in or nearby the cottage (this includes inside the garage or within 10 feet of an open door or window). Fines will be issued if there is significant smoke smell in property upon departure. Pets are allowed but must be included in the initial reservation request and must be approved. Pet droppings must be disposed of in bags in the garbage. No cats. Furniture must be covered if pets are going to be on them. No refunds issued for unexpected wildlife encounters.
