This charming one bedroom is the down stairs unit of a duplex in a historic neighborhood called Milwaukee ave. It’s a 5 minute walk into the UofM campus and a few blocks away from the children’s hospital and Fairview Mhealth hospital. Being 2 blocks from the franklin ave light rail station, you could easily make it to the airport in 25 minutes.
The house features all new appliances, new furniture, fully stocked kitchen, local art, rain shower, luxurious robes and towels, coffee maker, and a 43 inch smart Tv, that’s ready for any streaming services.
