Magnificent F1 apartment of 35m2 Air-conditioned with a beautiful terrace of 12m2 ideally located 600m walk from the lagoon of Saline les Bains and 500m from the city center. The accommodation has just been completely renovated, redesigned, newly equipped and tastefully redecorated for maximum comfort.
All the equipment is new, you will find washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, dishwasher, refrigerator, combi microwave oven, 2-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Kettle, grill bread, rice cooker, 100cm flat screen TV, wifi available + orange TV + free Netflix for the duration of your stay. All the crockery, the bottom of the kitchen and the utensils are provided as well as all the hand linen, sheets, hand and bath towels, sheets, beach towels, beach umbrella are at your disposal. In the apartment you will have 2 large walk-in closets on each side of the large king size bed 160 x 200 + a 140 x 200 convertible sofa or 4 beds maximum. You will also have an office area. On the terrace a dining table for 4 is available as well as a large comfortable bench and low tables. The town center and the beach are easily accessible on foot through a gate of the residence (the beach is 600m and the town center 500m).
The accommodation is without vis-à-vis, on the ground floor in a very quiet luxury residence at the end of the dead end (no car traffic). The apartment has a secure private parking space accessible by automatic gate.
