The room, with double bed - is located in a detached house - three bedrooms with great shared amenities including free access to the internet and kitchen dining room and shower /bath - there is a further bedroom with single sofa bed. Outside garden with ample seating and fire pit - An opportunity to park the car up and explore local beauty spots and I can arrange bookings for trips and restaurant bookings

Rupert provided a great stay in his lovely New Forest home which is warm, clean and comfortable. He is very welcoming and happy to share his knowledge of the area and recommend places to eat. Also very sociable and easy to talk to. Highly recommended, I'll be back!

Rupert is a very thoughtful host with a charming cottage in the New Forest. I slept soundly in the comfortable double bed, and enjoyed an early morning walk in the forest with Rupert's friendly dog; we had fun preparing a simple scrambled egg breakfast together. The whole experience was warm and welcoming.

A charming house ideally located within easy walking distance of a vibrant village high st. Rupert is an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble, he freely shared his local knowledge. From the moment he offered a welcoming glass of chilled rosè I immediately felt relaxed & settled in for a stress free break from the daily grind. He was kind enough to take me to a couple of his local watering holes & treated me to a delicious breakfast the following morning. It was perfect.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! Rupert went above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely experience, making me feel right at home. The house was immaculate, cozy, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was how Rupert introduced me to his friends and even invited me to join them for local events, which made my stay even more memorable. The hospitality was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10

Fantastic from start to finish. Great host who made us feel really at home. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Rupert is very friendly and helpful and he went out of his way to make our stay brilliant... including a lovely bacon sandwich for breakfast! We highly recommend and will definitely be returning. I had a wonderful stay with Rupert. His communication was excellent, he was extremely helpful with pickup and drop off support, his beautiful home and garden were stylish and immaculate. He was absolutely the hostess with the mostess!

What a fantastic weekend break at Ruperts wonderful home in Lyndhurst. The home is immaculate and Rupert is such a fantastic host with great tips and suggestions for the New Forest and the shops/restaurants only a few minutes walk away. We would happily go back to this delightful home and stay with Rupert again!
