Private room in a cozy apartment

- It’s a 100-square-meter apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, a master bathroom, a guest bathroom, and two bedrooms: I’m in one, and the other is for you to stay in. It’s located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

- The bedroom is 10 square meters. It features a 1 1/2-person bed, Wi-Fi access, and a full-size closet. It has a portable air conditioner and a heating panel if needed.

- The bathroom is spacious, and you’ll share it with me; it has a shower, a hair dryer, towels, and cleaning supplies. The room overlooks the interior of the building.

- We have a housekeeper (who comes three times a week) who can help you with some chores, including free laundry and ironing.

- Common areas such as the living room (60” TV with streaming services) and the dining room can be used as discussed at the time of booking. The kitchen is available for you to store food and/or drinks and prepare simple meals.

- I’m happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. I can help with transportation (subject to availability), as well as provide travel advice and recommendations for restaurants, bars, gyms, nightclubs, and saunas.

Oh, and I have a cat and a dog—both are small pets.
