Property Rules

1) You agree NOT to smoke or do/possess drugs inside the house or anywhere on the property including the patio. Smoke on sidewalks or in alleys ONLY, please. 🚭 This includes cigarettes 🚬, cigars, medical marijuana 🌳 and vaping. Candles and incense are not allowed either. The owner and your housekeeper are allergic to smoke plus the smoke will travel through the vents and disturb the guests upstairs. IF “CAUGHT WITH YOUR TAIL BETWEEN YOUR LEGS" OR THERE IS A RESIDUAL SMOKE SMELL, YOU AGREE TO PAY $1000 AND BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND.

2) Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Because of coronavirus/social distancing policies, you agree not to have more than 4 people at the property at all times. There will be a $100/person per day fine charged if there are more than 4 guests at the property.

3) You agree to our VERY strict NO PARTY policy 🔊🎉🍷 and adhere to QUIET HOURS from 10PM to 9AM. 🤫 I live 3 houses away and my neighbors are "watch dogs." IF CAUGHT, YOU AGREE TO PAY $1000 AND BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND. YOU ALSO AGREE TO PAY ANY OTHER DAMAGES/REFUNDS ISSUED AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTIES/EXCESSIVE NOISE.

4) You agree NOT to have pets in the home or outside on property. The owner and your housekeeper are severely allergic and I can't risk them being hospitalized 🏥. For safety and health reasons, we CANNOT accommodate ANY pets including service dogs or comfort animals. I appreciate you trying to give me company but I don't want to be in the "dog house" with my master if he gets "sick as a dog!" He will be "one sick puppy." IF CAUGHT, YOU WILL BE FINED $1000 AND BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND.

5) You agree that only ONE COMPACT car 🚙 will fit in the private carport (Nissan Versa/Ford Fiesta size). Any larger vehicle will require street parking or paid parking. Don't worry, the parking lots are walking distance 👣 so your "dogs" won't hurt.

6) You agree the home does NOT have air conditioning. Most beach homes don't because it stays very cool on the coast throughout the year. There is a floor fan. Also, you can open windows to cause a cool cross breeze.

7) You agree not to use the property for commercial use including photo 📸/video 📹 shoots, personal services or other business uses.

8) You agree that audio/video cameras 📹 monitor the EXTERIOR of the property and act as my "watch dog." 👀

9) You acknowledge the property is in a densely populated area and can be noisy at times among people talking/yelling, road noise and police/ambulance and fire truck sirens.

10) If water, electricity, internet and/or cable TV are TEMPORARILY interrupted, there will be no refunds.

11) You agree you may see flies, ants and termites inside the home which are common among beach properties. This does not mean the house is dirty or not disinfected.

12) You agree there are no onsite washers/dryers. For longer stays, your housekeeper can do your laundry at an additional charge.

13) If items are lost, missing or taken, you agree to pay:
