This oasis in the city is the perfect place to relax and work from home - or explore everything London has to offer. Set in leafy Putney, five minutes’ walk from the River Thames, yet perfectly connected via buses, underground and mainline. Spacious, and tastefully and eclectically furnished with design classics and original artwork, the flat offers a spacious bedroom with luxurious king-size bed, wardrobe, and desk with printer. The bathroom has a shower over full-size tub. The amazing double aspects open plan living room has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, plus dining table, the most comfortable 70s-style armchair, and a MUJI double sofa bed. It opens onto the roof terrace through a foldable door with the most incredible rooftop views over Victorian houses towards the local nature reserve of Barnes Common. The sunsets are just spectacular.

Enjoy drinks or dinner on the roof terrace and make this your home away from home!

I love living here and working from home. The apartment is only rented out when I am traveling, so some personal items are still stored there. Please note that the flat is on the third floor with no lift. Also, there is no television (I prefer the real view from the roof terrace) but I have high-speed WiFi to connect your own devices.

No parties or noise please (as my lovely neighbours also work from home).

Situated in leafy Putney (about 5 miles from central London), the flat is a good 10-minute walk from the high street where you find a boutique shopping centre as well as supermarkets Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Lidl. Many lovely gastropubs and fantastic eateries are within a short walking distance, too. There are five different bus lines within three minutes’ walk, with the number 22 taking you directly to Oxford Circus in 40 minutes. Barnes mainline railway station is a 15-minute walk away, with direct trains to Waterloo. The nearest underground station is Putney Bridge (District Line) which is three bus stops away. The area offers wonderful walks through the nature reserve and along the River Thames which can be reached in five minutes.
