There is no curfew/rules on how late a guest can come back from being out during the night. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please do not move furniture, drop, or move heavy bags or luggage, play loud music, shout, slam doors etc. Please move quietly in the room /though the apartment during the night, especially when returning at night/in the early hours. Check-Out Rules: 1. Where the guest checks out late without prior written permission from the host, there will be a penalty fee of 50 GBP. Check-out time is anytime before 11 am. 2. Where an unauthorized late check-out goes beyond 2 hours, the guest has to pay the entire day's base rate. This does not give the guest the right to stay anywhere on the property for that day. There cannot be more than 2 guests staying at this property at any given time. Violation of this rule could lead to the removal of guests without refunds. Strictly NO parties. Drunken, intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated. No bikes may be stored on the premises or anywhere on the property. No Pets. Strictly no smoking. No candles. Care must be taken to close the front door when entering and leaving the apartment. When leaving the apartment make sure the door is closed For the washing and drying of clothes, please use the local Laundrette on Brixton Hill. Do not leave any appliance on - Iron, heating, lights or oven for example - while not on the property. Do not detach any shower head from the hose or fixings in the bathroom for any reason Please remember to take off your outdoor shoes/footwear when entering the flat.
