Corotú room at historic apartment with terrace garden

This beautiful room is in a historic apartment with a beautiful small terrace garden. The apartment is in a 1930s building in the heart of Bella Vista, one of Panama City's historic and centrally located districts.

We created an indoor garden on the terrace to give it an even more unique feel to an already colorful property.

The apartment is in the heart of Bella Vista, at the crossroads between the old and new city, next to a major park (Parque Urracá), and a few minutes away from the Historical District.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic property in Bella Vista. The property was built by a former President of Panama and has a Museum / Library on the ground floor.

The property also has an adjacent community garden where neighbors plant herbs, crops, and compost to be more sustainable. This garden has a huge mango tree visible from the master bedroom's window.

The entire place includes a master bedroom with a full bathroom ensuite, a dedicated office space with original wooden windows and natural lighting, a second full bathroom filled with plants, an ample living room space, a full kitchen and laundry area, and a beautiful small terrace with a dining table.
