THE APARTMENT
The apartment is approximately 95 Sq m which makes it large for a two bedroom apartment in London. It is located on the second and third floors of a Traditional 19th Century Kensington Property. There is no lift, so it may not be suitable for those who would have difficulty with stairs.
The south facing open plan living and kitchen area on the top floor is bright all year round and provides stunning rooftop views of London. Air conditioning keeps the place cool in summer and warm in winter. Bi-Fold doors open out to a private terrace and create that perfect indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
The two large bedrooms and two modern bathrooms provide quiet private spaces.
A large dedicated workspace for two people equipped with printer and scanner and fast (100Mbps) WiFi makes a perfect place to work

PARKING
Street Parking is available and is free in both residents parking bays and paid parking bays outside the apartment overnight on weekdays from 6:30pm until 08:30am, and from 1.30pm on Saturdays until 0830am on Monday mornings i.e. Sundays are free all day. Outside these times the paid parking bays have a maximum stay of 4hrs that can be paid from the 'PaybyPhone'parking app.
Alternatively, secure underground garage parking can be booked at the Copthorne Tara Hotel, Scarsdale Place, W8 which is about 10 minutes walk away and rates are currently about £20 per 24hr period via the 'yourparkingspace' website.
