An inventory of fixtures and fittings is given to the lessee on arrival. This inventory can be contested by the lessee within 24 hours. If the lessee does not contest the inventory within 24 hours, the inventory carried out by the lessor and communicated to the lessee on arrival will be deemed to have been accepted unreservedly by the lessee.
You must use the accommodation peacefully, as well as the furniture and equipment in accordance with their intended use. If any items listed in the inventory are broken or damaged, the lessor may claim their replacement value.
The number of persons present in the accommodation may not exceed the number booked at the time of reservation.
Please respect the neighbors by avoiding any noise pollution (sound system, television, parties, events, etc.) or any other nuisance that could disturb their peace and quiet.
Cleaning is included at the end of short-term rentals and once a week for long-term rentals. However, we ask you to maintain the accommodation throughout your stay, and to return it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, in which case a supplement of €100 will be charged.
Clean sheets and towels are provided. Their cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price, but they are limited to 2 towels per person and 1 beach or pool towel and one set of bedding. If you use more, please wash them before the end of your stay.
Any extra linen not cleaned will be charged at €7 per towel and €20 per bed linen set.
Please sort and empty your garbage cans in the respective bins (yellow selective sorting, blue household waste) at the back of the house before you leave.
During your stay, please respect the collection schedule posted in the accommodation and take out the garbage cans so that they can be collected. If you fail to do so, you will be charged an extra 110€. Glass bottles must be deposited in the dedicated containers outside at the end of your stay.
