Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No loud music or parties. Please respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping voices down, especially after 10 pm. The great news is you won't need to miss out on any fun - there are plenty of bars and eateries that are open the wee hours of night.
The guesthouse has its own entrance and fenced-in patio/ courtyard for your private use. No entrance to the back yard beyond the courtyard gate at any ti,me. ******** * ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS allowed on property PARKING: there is a single parking pad for you to the left of the circle driveway. It is the grassy area directly in front of the stones walkway to your unit. Refer to check-in instructions for pictures.
Additionally:
- Please treat our house and belongings as you would treat your own. Turn off lights, fans, TVs, etc when not in use, and ensure the house is secure at all times.
- No outside overnight guests (other than pre-approved guests)
-Do not download any unlawful content from the internet while using the wifi provided by the Homeowner.
-Refunds cannot be provided due to cancelled or delayed flights.
Liability:
-People other than those in the Guest Party originally referenced in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest who made the reservation.
- Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
