A double room in gay owned ground floor flat opposite Preston Park. Ample on street parking and cute pubs and restaurants within 10 minute walk or gay village/seafront 10 mins bus (bus stop at end of road) or 30 min walk away. Room had ample wardrobe storage. (Room not suitable for working from all day).
