Great little apartment in a lively neighbourhood in Lisbon.

Nice place, super central and close to everything. The host was very helpful and approachable.

The add hides the fact that it's a fouth floor with very narrow stairs and no lift. The building is falling appart, with holes on the ceiling. The appartment have many problema too, no place to put your clothes, no light on the bedside, the spot of the bathroom gets stucked, i feel cheated and hosed

The apartment is in an excellent location, full of bars and nightlife. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator and the building is internally dilapidated. The apartment is well-maintained but very small and moving around inside is inconvenient.

The area was conveniently located for access to key points. The street itself was loud and crowded. The building security was a concern as the front door was often left open. The building itself needs serious updating and cleaning. The room was fine but nowhere to hang or store clothes, kitchen was not inviting, and no nightstands. The saving grace is it had a/c. The room is on the last floor. Hence, climbing up the stairs with luggage can be difficult for some. Key pick-up/drop is a chore.

The apartment was in a great part of town, very conveniently located. Loved the quirky decor and everything worked out well for me. The apartment is located on a street of late night restaurants/bars so it can be a bit noisy. The apartment is on the top floor of a walk up so pack light (lol)!

Joao is responsive when no follow-up action is required. Initial communication is prompt and polite, including welcome messages and general well-wishes. However, when problems are reported, no action is taken. The unit has double-pane windows, but the main balcony door next to the bed would not close. Despite reporting that a piece of metal obstructed the top of the left door, preventing closure, no one was sent to fix it as promised. As a result, outside noise from bars and restaurants significantly affected sleep quality, with only approximately two hours of rest per night during the stay. An email was sent two months in advance regarding a ticket cancellation caused by external tariff issues between the US and Canada, with a request to reduce the penalty. This message received no acknowledgment or response. Additional issues included a bathroom door that would not close, shower water backing up into the tub, and a bathroom mirror with visible toothbrushing stains, suggesting minimal cleaning between guests. Overall, the property was not well maintained.

The place was perfect. Joao responded quickly and was very nice.

Great location, but the check in proccess is a bit tricky and overwhelming otherwise everything ok!
