D. Carlos I will undoubtedly be #1 property for all guests who enjoy tranquility, proximity and comfort. Our large property is in the heart of the city of Portimão, a short distance from the riverside area. 3 rooms with double bed with air conditioning (1 en-suite and two rooms with balcony). Large living room with American kitchen and direct access to the spacious terrace with great views. Bathroom with Italian shower. Smart TV, high-speed Internet, among other amenities. The property was fully renovated last year.
D. Carlos I will be the best option for those who want to be close to everything and not want to drive during their holidays.
The space:
Spacious apartment with about 110 m2 consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 balconies, one of the balconies was decorated for the little ones to feel to be in a games room. Air conditioning in all rooms (bedrooms and living room), modern bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine, dishwasher, Delta Q espresso machine, among other appliances. Outdoor furniture on the large terrace overlooking the river Arade.
We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4:00 pm.
• Check-ins between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm - have a service charge of: 25 euros
• From 10:01 pm to 00:00 am 45 euros
• After 00:01 am 90 euros
Early check-ins fee from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm: (subject to availability) - 25 euros
Late check-outs until 2:00 pm - 25 euros / until 6:00 pm - 50 euros (subject to availability)
Rental service for: Cot: 10 euros/unit/stay and baby highchair: 6 euros/unit/stay
Rental beach towels: 5 euros per towel

1) Smoking is prohibited! There is no problem on the street. We ask that you do not smoke in the property, not even at the window, as the smell will always remain.
2) Respect the quiet time (between 10 pm and 8 am).
3) Don't leave the lights on and the air conditioning on when you go out. Thank you!
4) Let us know immediately if you find something that does not work or damaged.
5) Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter and to use the property.
6) Take out the garbage regularly, it will avoid unpleasant smell in the accommodation.
