1) Smoking is prohibited! There is no problem on the street. We ask that you do not smoke in the property, not even at the window, as the smell will always remain. 2) Respect the quiet time (between 10 pm and 8 am). 3) Don't leave the lights on and the air conditioning on when you go out. Thank you! 4) Let us know immediately if you find something that does not work or damaged. 5) Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter and to use the property. 6) Take out the garbage regularly, it will avoid unpleasant smell in the accommodation. :) BONUS! Make the most of the Algarve and have a great stay. We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person.
