Who doesn't remember our "charming studio" in Albufeira and which at the time already had 4.62* on ********. With independent management, we want all our guests to feel at home and have a unique experience. “Cosy”, pleasant and welcoming are undoubtedly the most appropriate adjectives for our property. Bathroom redone. It also has a TV (Smart), a Nespresso coffee machine and WIFI.

Space : This accommodation is characterized by its “Open Space” atmosphere. It has a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and access to a balcony (south facing) overlooking the pool of the condominium. The living room has a queen size bed as well as a retractable bed for 1 person, a fully equipped bathroom, refurbished with bathtub. It also has a Smart TV, a Nespresso coffee machine and WIFI.

Access: Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and the common areas of the condominium such as: outdoor swimming pool (with sun loungers), children's playground and tennis courts. Free parking next to the condo (but without the possibility of reservation).

We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4pm. However additional charges may apply when:

• Check-ins between 7 pm and 10 pm 25 euros • From 10 pm to midnight 45 euros • After midnight 90 euros

Early check-ins fee from 10 am to 4 pm: 25 euros / Late check-outs until 2 pm - 25 euros / until 6 pm - 50 euros (both always subject to availability)

Rental service for: Cot: 10 euros/unit/stay and baby highchair: 6 euros/unit/stay Rental beach towels: 5 euros per towel

This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:

• Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). • Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products. • Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). • All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
