Come and enjoy our beautiful apartment. Ideally located building facing the sea. Immediate access to the beach and fairground. 15-minute walk to town center. Shops on first floor (bakery, restaurants, post office, PMU, bar, motorcycle rental). The apartment was renovated and furnished in 2022. It is air-conditioned, has Wifi 6 and opens onto a pretty, quiet patio with trees. Numbered parking space in the underground parking lot. If, like us, you love to cook, you'll find plenty of accessories at your disposal, including a "Monsieur Cuisine Smart"!
In our apartment you'll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed 160*200 cm, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet with storage and laundry area, an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room-kitchen-dining room. The living area is 40m2. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed (140*190) with a comfortable Dunlopillo mattress. Please note that there is no terrace in the apartment.
Entertainment: Television with streaming services that vary from year to year: Max, Paramount, Deezer, Crunchyroll (anime) and free channels from France and around the world. Wii games console.

The residence is ******** it's got writing on it! It's impossible to miss it when you're strolling along the waterfront, a white and burgundy building.
If you don't want to wait for a swim, just cross the street and you're on the beach. Swimming is not supervised here, but the water is very calm because the beach is located in the lagoon. If you prefer a supervised beach, you'll need to walk along the seafront towards the town center for about 15 minutes.
The residence is also located at the entrance to the Saturday morning market, certainly the most beautiful on the island. If you love markets, this is the place to be! There's also a covered market in Saint-Pierre, 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car, in the town center, open every day. The nearest supermarket is "Carrefour Saint-Pierre Grand Large", 12 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car. To get there, walk up Boulevard Hubert Delisle away from the town center.
On the first floor, you'll find a number of shops and services, including :
- A post office,
- A bakery,
- A tabac-PMU,
- A motorcycle store (for hire)
- A biergarten / liquor store
- A "Cap Méchant" restaurant serving local specialities to eat in or take away.

- Please let us know as soon as possible if you notice any damage or missing items in the apartment on arrival.
- Please respect the arrival time (1pm at the earliest), to allow the concierge service to prepare the apartment. However, a little flexibility is often possible
*** Use of parking lot
- Please take care of your parking badge. If the badge is lost or damaged, the cost of replacing it will be deducted from the ********.
- Only park in the numbered space allocated to you.
*** Common sense, respect and good manners
