The Reveal

This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath one story house is a perfect, tropical vacation getaway in a secluded area surrounded by nature & yet close to the city & airport.

It is disabled ready with wide, step free hallways & ramps to reach all corners of the property + a rollin shower & pool lift

It is perfect for families, with amenities for all ages: a crib & toys for toddlers & babies, board games, tree swing & lots of space to explore. It also has a fast wifi for worker nomads.

You will have access to the whole house, the gardens and will be able to exclusively use the pool (private pool).

You can park up to 2 cars in our garage as well.

Please note that we have two pets in our property: a peacock named Gaudi and a hen named Clotilde. So someone (could be our maintenance person or Jorge, my brother) comes early in the morning and in the afternoon to tend to them - this person will enter the backyard through the side and will not need to enter the home.

Also, the maintenance person will tend to the pool early in the morning once or twice a week.

Casa Gaudi is around 10 minutes away from SJO Airport. From our home you can visit many tourist attractions in the Costa Rica's Central Metropolitan area. Guests especially like to visit Volcan Poas and La Paz waterfalls. There is also the ZooAve which is a Rescue Center / Zoo very close by.

Please announce any pets before your arrival - these have an extra fee. ● No pets in the furniture please (beds and couches) - You will be charged for any damages caused by your pets. ● Number of guests allowed must match the reservation- Please announce any additions and update your reservation. ● Electricity is expensive in Costa Rica PLEASE TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS AND AC WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE. Turn off Jacuzzi when not in use - we take this very seriously. ● Smoking allowed only in the designated area by the swimming pool. ● Do not leave BBQ unattended and turn off the gas tank when not in use. ● Do not leave children unattended in the pool area. ● Please do not feed the house pets (Gaudi or Clotilde). If you require it we can put them in their enclosure during your stay. ● Leave the furniture where you found it. ● Checkout is at 11. Late check outs must be agreed in advance in writing and depends if there is another booking that same day or not. Cost for an extension is $50.
