3-bedroom penthouse with superb views over the ocean. A few minutes from the center of Portimão and Praia da Rocha. DAPI will certainly be the holiday apartment of your dreams. Unique and imposing, the DAPI penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms (one ensuite), a spacious living room with access to the sumptuous terrace and an American kitchen that will delight cooking lovers. The private condominium offers to the guests 3 swimming pools (one of which is indoor), 2 tennis courts and a BBQ area. Smart TV, WI-FI and state-of-the-art appliances are some of the facilities that this elegant penthouse has for you.
The space:
Stylishly decorated, respecting colors and environments, the property is located on the penultimate floor of a private condominium. The apartment has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (1 of them is a suite and all with Queen and King beds), 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and 1 service toilet. Fully equipped dream American kitchen. Terrace of about 60m2 with garden furniture (sun loungers and tables with chairs) with a frontal view of the ocean. Open space living and dining room with Smart TV. The property has capacity for 8 people (6 adults + 2 children). Delta Q coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Ceramic hob and microwave, 50'' TV and WIFI are some of the facilities.
All our check-ins are in person and usually between 4pm and 7pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.

2) Respect the quiet time (between 10 pm and 8 am).
3) Don't leave the lights on and the air conditioning on when you go out. Thank you!
4) Let us know immediately if you find something that does not work or damaged.
5) Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter and to use the property.
6) Take out the garbage regularly, it will avoid unpleasant smell in the accommodation.
We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4:00 pm.

From 10:01 pm to 00:00 am 45 euros
After 00:01 am 90 euros
25 euros for early check-ins fee from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm:
