We were disappointed in the apartment and didn't feel the description was accurate. The biggest complaint was that it was in a state of disrepair. The ceiling had had previous serious water damage and the plaster was falling off. The closet door to the utility area had fallen off at some point and was just left standing in a corner. Guys at reception not very efficient. Took a little time to get key.
Communications with owners had fast responses.
Flat is well located for Barranco and Miraflores is a short walk away.
Apartment has everything you would need.
It is a fairly new building.
As for safety? I felt safe in this area.
