Walk to all the best restaurants & straight bars as well as gay bars in town, two streets from historic Graceada Park, and only 1 hr 15 min drive to DownTown San Francisco.

Recently enhanced with blackout curtains, ensuring uninterrupted rest, the apartment features a kitchenette for light meal preparation. However, please note it does not include a full kitchen.

Entertainment options abound with a 50-inch smart TV featuring access to popular streaming platforms like Disney Plus, Netflix, and Hulu, alongside a Blu-ray/DVD player for movie nights.

Please be aware of a few house rules: the studio apartment is accessed via 15+ steps and is not handicap accessible. We accommodate a maximum of three guests aged 18 and above. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children. Any unapproved animals or smoking will incur a $500 penalty.

You are welcome to use the courtyard space in the backyard. If you need to use the laundry it is located in the downstairs home and you will need to make arrangements with me so that I can give you access. Additionally, it boasts easy access to nearby amenities such as grocery stores, downtown restaurants, bars, and public transportation, all within walking distance.
