Bright, modern and spacious private room (including private main bathroom). The room is drenched in natural sunlight with floor to ceiling windows that give you a spectacular skyline views of London – in the heart of buzzing Brixton. The space The room is located in a secure, modern apartment building with elevators just 5 mins walk from Brixton Underground Station on the fastest line on the Tube network – the Victoria Line.

It’s also a 14 minute walk to Stockwell Underground Station – which includes the Northern Line.

Your room is spacious, receives beautiful natural light from two large floor-to-ceiling windows and comes with an in-room small bar fridge, in-room tea and coffee making facilities, a brand new kettle, as well as a very comfortable UK King Size (US/Australia Queen Size) bed.

The room has a Wi-Fi compatible 43 Inch flat screen LED television, so you are able to receive Netflix as well all the usual digital free view TV stations in the UK – and a surround sound speaker and sound bar for high quality sound.

But where your room really comes into its own is the spectacular sweeping views of the London skyline. A truly beautiful vista at night with the lights of the City of London and The Shard glowing and sparkling as the sun goes down.

We have hanging space for your clothes, jackets and shoes, an iron, a hair dryer, and an ironing board if you need (stored in the laundry room across the hall).

Across the hall from your room is the main bathroom, with shower, large bathtub, and a heated towel rack – all to yourself.

(We use our own ensuite bathroom during your stay, so that you, as our guest get full and exclusive use of the main bathroom).

We provide you with clean bath towels at the start of your visit, as well as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and other little luxuries. There will be bottled drinking water ready for you in your room, chilled in the mini-fridge, coupled with a red and white wine.

The room has underfloor heating - with a thermostat dial in your room. Guest access The building has street level access, where you have a step-free secure fobbed-entry at ground level, followed by a second secure fobbed door to the main lifts.

Our apartment is accessed by going up the lifts, with step free entrance to our own apartment.

Your room and the main bathroom are located on opposite sides of a private hallway within our flat. If you’re wanting somewhere to rest in comfort at the end of a busy day of exploring London, where you can put your feet up, have a glass of wine as the sun goes down and chill - with a 43 inch flatscreen in-room TV - then this room is for you.
