Cozy, duplex decorated with antiques and charm, located just north of downtown. Your room has a twin size bed and a East facing window, a large closet, and a beautiful mirrored dresser. There is also some shelving in your room that I use as a cupboard. You have free rain of the house. Enjoy yourself! If you like to cook, you provide the food and I have everything to make your meal a success! On the weekend, if available, I will make hearty country breakfast for you at a fair price. I have a vast collection of Oregon Pinot Noirs at reasonable prices. Enjoy a glass or a bottle.

You can tell Phil is an exceptional host when I am making plans to return to Eugene to stay at his place again! We didn't get a chance to chat much due to our busy schedules, but I really enjoyed the conversation we did have! All aspects of the stay were accurately described and perfect. I also enjoyed visiting Eugene for the first time...and it won't be the last. I would add his location is perfect...close to everything...even Costco! Thanks, Phil, for your hospitality !

My stay at Phil's place truly felt like a home away from home: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with an impressive holiday decor and towering Christmas tree, being the season and all. Phil was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. I especially enjoyed good conversations over an evening glass of wine and morning breakfast made by Phil, made me feel like I was spending time with a new friend. I would recommend Phil's home to anyone looking for a comfy place with a genuinely kind host.

Sweet little room in a cozy neighborhood in Eugene. I was staying in town for a wedding and just needed someplace to crash. I had booked for two nights but due to unforeseen events, failed to show up for the first night. Phil was very accommodating and made sure I still had access for the second night. There are some storage shelves in the room that I wasn't expecting, but they really didn't impact my stay.

Phil was one of the best hosts I have ever had from Mister B & B. It's a great location in Eugene - close to shops etc. His home is full of antiques, and he made be feel like a guest rather than a paid visitor. I would high recommend Phil's place to anyone !

Phil was an excellent host. Communicated well leading up to check in. Had good time hanging out with him. Was even nice to prepare me dinner so I didn't have to go out. Would definitely stay with Phil again

This was a perfect place to stay on the way to visit family in the hinterlands. Phil was a gracious host, clearly communicated with me about getting checked in, showing me the amenities, and sharing a delightful cup of coffee in the morning

Once more a pleasant stay in a comfy spot with a view of Northern lights from the window. You won't get to see those again unless something odd happens, but Phil's an easy host and the place is adorable and comfortable and easy peasy!
