The double room is in a large flat split level (3 floors) flat. The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian terrace house.

As the room is on separate floor to the rest of the flat, its very private. It is also dual aspect so offers a lot of light. The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress (includ. mattress protector), wardrobe , book shelves, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a small sofa and a TV with freeview.

The flat is in good decorative order, with all mod cons, wood flooring, combi boiler, washing machine, dishwasher, super fast wifi, storm shower, double glazing, etc.

There is on street car parking (visitor permits can be purchased) and bicycles can be secured in the front garden.

LOCATION

The flat Itself is set in the southern end of the "Harringay Ladder", next to Finsbury Park Itself. The area consists of Victorian terrace streets surrounded by lots of green space, excellent amenities and great transport links. It has the benefits of being a very green yet urban environment with very quick connections to the Westend, the City and East London in less than 30mins. I have lived here for 20 years and still love it for its vibrancy, coolness, plentiful green space and amazing connections.

The closest tube: Manor House (Piccadilly Line) - Zone 2 is 10 mins walk. Finsbury Park tube and rail (Victoria Line) 15min walk. Both Vic & Picc are 24hr on weekend. Also Harringay BR 5 mins walk. Harringay Green Lanes (Overground)is 5 mins walk.

BUSES (including night buses): 341 (24hrs), 141, (N)29, (N)254, 253, (N)279, 4, 19, 106 which go to various locations north, east and central including Dalston, Bethnal Green, Hackney Wick, Islington, Camden, Euston, Old Street, Stoke Newington, Kings Cross, Brick Lane, Bethnal Green, Trafalgar Square and Aldwych.

Harringay Shopping Arena is our neighbourhood shopping (retail park) with a 24hr Sainsburys, the Gum Group and Aldi just 5 mins walk away.

The area is famous for its Turkish restaurants as well as the historical Salisbury pub, the Finsbury (music venue) and Faltering Fallback. We also have the Finsbury theatre which has resident reductions on Tuesday. Finsbury Park also has a new Picturehouse cinema and multiple eateries as well as two Lidl’s!!! Stroud Green Road and Crouch End are also nearby with many and varied restaurants and bars.
