I booked late, host accepted by mistake (which happens) then cancelled as I was traveling to his apartment, but didn't offer refund, had to go via MisterBNB support.

The Good. Very large room with river views. Not too far from IKEA/B&Q where there are lots of buses. I only used buses and Bolt so not sure about other transport. Shared, very large shower room. Very clean and good water pressure. The bad. Confirmation have a block number. No apartment number. When I got there I phoned 11 times to gain access. Constantly diverted call. This is easily rectified. No kitchen access. Not sure what breakfast was meant to be. Some teabags and mugs and coffee bags

I wasn’t aware that I have to make breakfast for people in this app. Is that mandatory? In regards to waiting outside. I called and message you earlier in the day to ask you for a specific time that you will be arriving and you just said your way. I was in a work call. You were only waiting for 5 minutes. As well as being a hosts. I also have a full time job so you have time be clear when you are arriving. And lastly to post your space kitchen assess is not a requirement to past a room. My booking is for a private Room. No kitchen access. That is made very clear in my post. All the best
