1. Visitors Policy: Only authorized guests are allowed to stay in. You will be required to identify yourself and valid documentation will be requested as proof of identification. The name on the booking must be identified via the requested documents prior to your arrival, should the name on the booking not be staying in the property, the person who booked and at least one person staying in the property must identify themselves. The requested documents are: Passport or Drivers license, the card used to pay for the booking and a selfie alongside your digital signature.
1.1. Only the number of guests defined by the booking is allowed to stay at the property.
2. Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages to FGUK Properties immediately.
3. Lost or Stolen Items: FGUK Properties is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure that you keep your valuables secure and use the provided safe, if available.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Please keep the accommodation tidy and clean. Dispose of refuse properly and follow any recycling guidelines provided. If additional cleaning services are required during your stay, please contact FGUK Properties.
5. Security: Ensure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the accommodation and at night. Safeguard your belongings and do not leave valuables unattended.
6. Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities within the accommodation premises is strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation may be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
7. Parking: Parking is provided on the property under "first come first serve" basis. Should there be no available space, there are two paid car park located next to the property. Ultimately, parking responsibilities lies with the guest. We can only provide you parking for a medium or small car, any larger vehicle such as a van, cannot make use of our car park and therefore you must find your own parking or use the paid car park suggested above.
8. Terms and Conditions: It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms and Conditions. By placing your booking, you automatically agree with our T&C's. A full breakdown of our T&C will be sent to you after you book with us.
