Good Day, Thank you for booking / Enquiring with us at The Green Room on Amsterdam. *Please note that the estate has become very strict towards short term guest because of previous guest and behaviors. Please may I ask that you pretty please abide by the rules set out below:* *House Rules:* *Check in starts from 14:00PM *Check out is strictly at 10:00AM *No trailers allowed. *Only 1 parking bay is assigned bay 418. -Should you come with another car, this car can be parked in the uncovered visitors parking bays. Not for longer than 24h in the same visitors spot. *Please treat the place with love and respect. 🙏 *No smoking in the apartment. 🚬🚫 *Smoking is allowed on the patio. *Not suitable for pets. *Not Suitable for kids *No parties or loud music.*🚫 *Max 2 people. *No sleeping on the couch or jumping. *No gatherings. *No noise on the corridor or stairway as the noise does echo / travel.* *Please don’t drag travels bags up or down the stairs - again noise echoes. *Please be considerate of other people living on the estate. *Please avoid getting makeup on the bedding or towels. *Quite hours between 10pm and 7am. *Bigger refuse buns are placed between the blocks, through the wooden gates to discard when the bun are full. *Please obey the 20KM driving speed and stop at all stop signs within the Estate.
