Extremely unclean. The whole house smells like cat urine. It was like living near a cat litter box. There was dead bugs in my room. The toilet situation was awkward and the toilet was always damp and dirty. The only good part is the location. Lastly, the host should realize that they are renting out to gay community so they can expect some stay overs or visitors.
