Our location is truly ideal. The apartment is in the charming Sant Antoni neighborhood, on a quiet pedestrian avenue and just a few minutes from the well-known Gayxample district.

We’re just a 4-minute walk from the Rocafort metro station and approximately 550 meters from Plaza de España, with excellent connections to the rest of Barcelona and easy access to Gran Via and Sants Station. In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and cozy cafés—some of which are also ideal for working during the day.

The room we’re offering is private, comfortable, and spacious. It features a large double bed and a spacious closet to store your belongings. The bathroom is shared, and you’ll, of course, have access to the apartment’s common areas.

During your stay, you’ll be sharing the apartment with me. You’ll have access to a spacious living room with a dining table and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, a microwave, a coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils you’re welcome to use. Please note, however, that the kitchen is not available for preparing meals or cooking, and the washing machine is not included for guests’ use.

To make your trip more convenient, you don’t need to bring your own towels—I’ll provide both bath towels and beach towels if you need them.

I’m originally from Paraguay and have been living in Barcelona for over five years. I enjoy hosting people from different places, learning about new cultures, and—whenever I can—sharing recommendations so my guests can enjoy this incredible city to the fullest.

Since this is a room in my own home and we’ll be sharing some common areas during your stay, it’s important for me to get to know the person I’ll be hosting a little bit. We arrived quite late on Saturday and Christian was very kind to wait for us, in general he was very good at hosting, the Apartment was Spotless and he was very kind and giving, we even got a Pareo to use at the Beach without asking for. very nice Experience, i would recommend it for 1 person, but if you are okay with cuddling a bit more you could come with your partner. Was a very pleasant time.

Christian is really great -so friendly, easy going, communicative, informative, considerate, kind, generous. The apartment is in a fantastic location - the wide street that it's on does not have car traffic, and has a park/recreation area down the center of it - such a great place to hang out, relax, eat at the neighborhood restaurants (they were great), and people watch. The apartment was very comfortable, and it was very easy getting to any part of Barcelona. Thanks for everything, Christian!
