Double room with shared bathroom

Our location is truly ideal, just minutes from the famous area ******** is in the picturesque Sant Antoni neighborhood, on a very quiet pedestrian avenue.

We’re just a 4-minute walk from the Rocafort metro station and 550 meters from Plaza de España, right next to Gran Vía and Sants Station. Plus, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and cozy cafés where you can work during the day nearby.

The room we’re offering is private and features a spacious closet and a comfortable full-size bed, with a shared bathroom at your disposal. This room is ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. As for the common areas, you’ll share the apartment with me and have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table and TV.

It’s important to note that you’re welcome to use the kitchen and its utensils, such as cutlery, dishes, a microwave, and a coffee maker, among other items. However, please keep in mind that the kitchen isn’t available for cooking, and you won’t be able to use the washing machine.

Don’t worry about bringing your own bath or beach towels—I’ll be happy to provide them for you.
