1. Please let us know what is your expected arrival time from 14:00 to 22:00 on the date of Check-In. This is important so that we may ensure the keys are available for you. 2. Please let us know your Check-Out time so that we may ensure that the keys are collected upon your departure. 3. Access to the security is via Biometric Identification. Please provide us with your mobile number and email address so we may facilitate this prior to your arrival. 4. As the unit is self-catering we have provided a few basic items to ensure you have a smooth day. a). A washing machine and washing powder b). Basic spices and oil for cooking c). Basic sauces (Tomato and Mustard) d). Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner e). Dishwashing Liquid 5. The unit has been prepared for you. Should you require any other special requests do not hesitate you enquire and we will do our best to accommodate you. 6. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance for you to enjoy. Fourways Crossing, Pineslopes Shopping Centre & Fourways Mall. 7. If you prefer a home cooked meal this may be arranged at an additional cost based on availability. 8. Monte Casino is a mere 4min taxi or Uber ride away. 9. Lanseria Airport is conveniently situated a mere 20min away and OR Tambo International a mere 35min away. 10. The unit is strictly non-smoking and we request all our guests to smoke only on the balcony with the sliding door closed. 11. When leaving the unit please ensure the unit is secured and both the front door and security doors are locked. 12. The will be no need to switch on any electrics as this will be done for you prior to your arrival. Such as geyser, stove etc. 13. We ask that you do not leave any food stuff behind. Any leftover food can be discarded of in the refuse area on the ground floor. 14. Free parking is provided for, please use the bay signed 361 as this is your demarcated bay. You may also make use of any visitors parking bays. 15. Noise down at 22h00. 16. There is a pool on the estate, please enjoy it at your leisure. 17.
