Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated, self-contained studio flat on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian house from the 1800s. It boasts an en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and modern conveniences like Alexa and TV with FireTV, washing machine, small hob, oven/microwave/grill combo. It's fresh, clean, and perfect for relaxation. As mentioned, it is an annex flat so we share a small hallway and then both flats have their own front doors so you can spend as little or as much time with me as you want 😄

For work or relaxation, the flat and park provide the perfect setting.

Socialites will love the well-loved local pub just steps away and easy access to nightlife in Kingston, Richmond, Vauxhall, and Soho in Central London.

- 🌄Bushy Park🌄 A green haven ideal for sports and leisure and comes with wild deer and bright green parakeets and many other forms of wildlife. It's a roysl park and is as vast as it is beautiful in every season.

- 🏊Hampton Pool🏊 Unique (and thank God heated) beautiful outdoor swimming pool. There is also a gym and they hold events e.g. midnight outdoor swimming on Christmas Eve (again, heated!)

- 🌁Teddington Lock & Footbridge🌁 Beautiful spots and pubs and walks by the Thames.

- 🏰Hampton Court Palace🏰 A historical and architectural gem. Also home of the flower show.
