There are no cameras in the apartment, but there are cameras in all publicly accessible rooms of the building, entrance area, floors and washing machine area for the protection of all. Check-in can take place at any time of the day if desired. Both the main entrance door and the apartment door have an electronic lock, the code of which is given to the guest after the booking has been confirmed. After pressing the -2 button, the code 2011 must be entered using the numeric keys. This is the only way to access the washing machine area. The use of the washing machines and dryers is explained in detail on the machines in English and Portuguese. No detergents may or can be added. The machines draw the required detergents themselves from containers in a locked room according to the program. Machines and detergents are from Miele and meet the highest quality standards. I do not accept any liability for the laundry washed or dried there. Use is at your own risk.
