one bedroom with shared bath within walking distance to the beach. There is a open kitchen, dining and livingroom in the house and a dining and living room outside under the covered patio. It is a 2 hour drive from the San José Airport. And 20 minute drive to Jaco beach the closest tourist town and only 45 minutes to the very gay friendly Manual Antonio.

Eric and Mary (friendly dog) have an amazing place that is tough to leave. The modern kitchen and bath, to the large verandas and refreshing pool make it seem like a mini resort. Eric was very helpful with directions and recommendations. His help with getting me the ferry ticket was great. A must stay!

Amazing property and great location. Close to the beach. Eric is an awesome host! Very kind and attentive. An excellent place for those looking for a quiet, relaxing, and peaceful property!! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would not even hesitate to go back. Very comfortable property, beautiful pool, lovely gardens!! Thanks Eric (and Mer) for a lovely stay!! 10 out of 10 !!

As the first guests of Eric and Pablo, my partner and I felt that their home is perfect for tourists. The physical beauty is stunning with very detail coordinated for visual pleasure, making us feel we were guests in a high end resort. The kitchen is spacious and you are welcome to prepare your drinks, breakfast, etc. You never feel like you are in other people's space. And by the way, sign on for any meals that Eric offers to prepare. For me, Eric's homemade pizza is memorable. Go for it!
