Step through the door and be greeted by a spacious hallway - perfect for storing your belongings and beginning your relaxing stay. The spacious living room, bright and inviting, invites you to linger. Here you will not only find a pull-out sofa bed (140x200), but also a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon for cozy movie nights.

The new and open kitchen is integrated into the living area. It is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, hob and oven. Cooking is a pleasure here. Not only will you find all the utensils you need for your favorite dishes, but also a coffee machine to give you the perfect start to the day.

The bedroom awaits you with a luxurious 180x200cm king-size bed - the perfect place to rest after an eventful day. A desk also gives you the opportunity to be productive during your stay. The bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains and a clothes rail for a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and also has a washer-dryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo.
