So please make it clear that consent is crucial in all interactions, and guests should feel comfortable and safe during their stay. I am also respectful of your space so I will not enter my guests bedroom unless stated. 3. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces, so cleanliness is encouraged in shared spaces. Guests are also encouraged to maintain a neat and tidy environment and to respect common areas. 4. This is a flat so there are neighbours, so guests need to be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings. 5. The building has security cameras so there tenants are safe. There is a fire extinguisher and alarms and sprinklers in the flat in an emergency. 6. Although I walk around the flat clothed, I respect my guest's choice if they feel more comfortable walking with/without clothes.
