The apartment is fully equipped, so you’ll have everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen can be used to prepare cold meals such as sandwiches and breakfast; you can also use it to make coffee or tea and heat something up in the microwave (cooking in the microwave is not permitted). Cooking on the stovetop or using pots and pans is not permitted. A fantastic De’Longhi coffee machine with coffee beans is available, so you can enjoy freshly ground coffee. It’s free to use. The washing machine can be used for free once a week for stays longer than 5 days. Otherwise, the cost is €10. The shower is shared. Out of respect for others, it’s very important to clean the shower after use. This includes rinsing it out, removing hair, etc. I’ll always be available and attentive to any of your needs. IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RESPECT QUIET HOURS. After 11:00 PM, it is prohibited to make noise, take showers, slam doors, speak loudly, etc. This rule applies both inside the apartment and on the stairs. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment! Smoking is allowed only outside, on the living room balcony, with the window closed. Thank you.
