House rules: -please make sure the door is locked every time you come in or out of it (put the handle up to lock or unlock) - please use chopping boards to cut with sharp knives rather than the plates or bowls - please check with me if you would like guests round to stay over night - if you do have a guest and it is on a week day please ensure there is no disturbing noise after 10pm - please refrain from loud music / loud TV / loud phone calls between 10pm and 8am -please keep the kitchen clean by using surface spray and a cloth to wipe up the cooker and surfaces after use - and keeping it tidy by storing items in your cupboard space and fridge space - please help to keep the bathroom clean by rinsing the shower and removing hair after use and then leaving the shower curtan fully open to dry and stop mould growth -no guests back
