Grimthorpe House is located in EC1 and is half a mile from Angel and Farringdon tube stations. Restaurants and cocktail bars can be found close by on Exmouth Market. The surrounding area also includes other amenities such as supermarkets, cafés and more.

The property is ideally suited for solo travellers or couples. The south-facing balcony and west-facing window in the main living area ensure the space receives good light and a nice breeze on a summer's day.

An additional double sofa bed can be made up so that the apartment can accommodate up to four guests total if necessary - although parties larger than 2 will find this to be a bit of a squeeze, so we don't recommend this unless you plan to spend most of your time outside of the apartment.
