Friendly riverside London apartment

I'm looking to invite travellers to a friendly, pleasant, broadminded, riverside flat-share who seek freedom to relax and explore when staying in London UK.

I welcome men whether straight, bisexual, married, gay or single and I'm sub/bottom (to save you asking/ guessing).

I have a well-proportioned, comfortable room available in my apartment with a double bed (Clean sheets and towels provided). Access to tea and coffee making facilities and self catering and cereals, toast and juice available for breakfast if wanted.

My flat is in a residential area convenient for travel to all key attractions in central London. It's close to tube and situated next to the picturesque River Lee Navigation in Tottenham Hale (London's second river after the Thames). Great transport links and close to shops. It's also just a few minutes' walk to Europe's biggest urban wetlands nature reserve (which the apartment overlooks), a gym, walks, riverside cafes and cycle routes.

Only 8 mins walk to the Victoria Line/National Rail with Kings Cross / Oxford Circus/Liverpool Street and the Westfield Centre at Stratford around 15 to 20 mins train or tube ride away. Convenient for London's night tube service usually running on Fridays and Saturdays slso. Additionally, the flat is on the route of the Stansted Express and key stops to Cambridge, Harlow, historic Ely and Cheshunt. The rest of London is easily accessible with connections to Heathrow and Gatwick close by.

Tottenham Hale is an emerging modern district within zone 3 of Greater London and is undergoing substantial investment.

The property benefits from a balcony with pleasant river-side views. It also has: washing machine with space to dry clothes, iron, kitchen with oven, hob & microwave,bathroom (bath & shower), and a comfortable sitting room.

There is free access to wireless internet available. There are nearby cycling opportunities and the historic Ferry Boat Inn is about 5 mins walk away. Local shops include Next, Boots, Asda Living, TK Maxx, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Pret a Manger and other stores such as Tesco & Lidl. The restaurants and shops of Highbury & Islington plus Angel are a 10 mins tube ride The Drumsheds music venue is very close by too. London's key attractions such as Soho, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square are easily accessible. The host is also an acclaimed walking tour guide for London and can arrange a private introductory tour as well if wanted.
