Beautiful double room with ensuite bathroom and rain shower

You’re booking a room in our home - not a hostel or hotel, and we run it alongside full‐time jobs. We politely ask you to read and respect the rules below. If you have any questions, or if you need anything ahead of your arrival, do not hesitate to contact us. - If you find something not working, missing or not properly clean during your stay, please tell us promptly so we can put it right. Telling us only after you have left, or via a negative review, it too late and does not allow us to assist you. - The room sleeps a maximum of 2 guests. - The person who booked (account holder) must stay for the whole reservation, unless it’s a verified corporate booking. - We may request photo ID. - No babies or guests aged under 16. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a guest aged 18+. - Light kitchen use is allowed; please keep cooking to a minimum and wash up afterwards. - Please recycle your waste using the bins provided. - There is no curfew, and you may come and go as you please, but please be mindful of our Quiet Hours from 23:00 to 06:00. Keep noise low and ask delivery drivers not to ring the bell during these times. - Smoking and vaping is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette ends in the bins, not on the ground. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside, including your room. - You’ll receive an access key when you check-in. Keep it safe as lost or unreturned access kets incur a £50 fee. Your access key will have an AirTag tracker for security - you may remove if you wish. - Always ensure the front door is locked when you enter AND when you leave. To lock, lift the handle fully, wait a 3 seconds, and it will lock automatically.A red light will show when locked. - Check‐in is 16:00–23:00. Early check‐in is subject to prior arrangement, availability, and a £15 service fee. - Check‐out is by 10:00. Late check‐out is subject to prior arrangement, availability, and a £15 service fee, which will allow you to keep the room until 14:00. - Clothing‐optional stays are welcome; however, please be mindful that we may also host guests who booked through other platforms where this is not mentioned. In all shared areas, we ask everyone to be mindful and considerate of other guests’ comfort.
