This is a no-smoking property and we request that you smoke off property only.
Your stay will be in a private "casita" type space located next to our main residence. The back yard is a shared space that we occasionally use to have our coffee or BBQ our dinner. You may reserve private use of the Hot Tub or fire pit during your stay. We will not interrupt your use during those times. Otherwise you may see us out back but we will not intrude on your privacy. Feel free to say hi and chat if you desire or nod and keep to yourself. We will honor your choices.
Feel free to use any of the items located in the bedroom and bathroom. There's a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and iron/ironing board located in the closet. Coffee provided for your morning use as well as glasses for wine and drinks on the patio. Please, no glass in the hot tub. We encourage you to enjoy your stay, but be mindful that we share this space in our quiet neighborhood.
