converted cow byre set within the grounds of a 15th century manor hous

this cosy converted barn has its own bedroom and bathroom with a kitchen/living room. It is set in the garden of our 15th century manor house with wonderful gardens and fileds surrounding it. there is a parking space. We have animals so if you dont like llamas,peacocks , cats and a dog ...plus ducks on the pond ... the only noise is the bell ringers in the church on a Thursday evening.... a small path takes you into Headcorn, where there is a bar,indian restaurant,two pubs and a small sainsbury store. the train station is 8 mins away to walk and has direct trains to london taking 1 hr. The coast is close by ...with Canterbury,Deal and Folkestone within easy reach...Sandwich bay is great on a summer day. There are lots of wonderful NT castles and gardens to explore nearby and of course some great food options , from Michelin starred restaurants ...to our local chippy!!
