There is a house binder located on the black hutch in the dining room area. The binder has simple house rules and a list of our favorite restaurants and bars. Please be aware there are cameras located on the exterior of the property as well as a ring doorbell that records video. These are in place for safety and liability reasons.
There is no smoking allowed outside or inside the home. In the event evidence is found that this house rule was violated, there will be a $250 smoking violation fee added to your booking.
