House Rules:
- Remember to pay the tourist tax on arrival.
- Please, leave your shoes at the entrance of the apartment.
- In case of strong wind, fold the awning.
- Do not access inside the building neither wet nor sandy.
- In case of rain, put chairs, tables, cushions, etc. under cover.
- Please use baking paper on top of the tray when using the oven
- No smoking inside the apartment or the enclosure except solarium. Make sure you dispose of your cigarette butts before you check out. 2 ashtrays available.
- Notify the owner of any damage or incident to the property.
- The maximum capacity is 4 people.
- Please use the air conditioning responsibly (Eco-mode). Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
Beach and pool:
- Dry up and remove sand before entering the building.
- Pool open from 9am-12am.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Only rubber rings no bigger than 50cm can be used by children under the age of 7.
- Balls of all sorts, deck chairs and similar objects are forbidden in the pool area + gardens
- No Food nor drinks in the pool area + gardens.
Before departure:
- If you wish to check out before 12 noon, communicate your wish to the owner one day in advance.
- Check that pool + rooftop terrace keys are placed back behind the entrance door.
- Empty fridge and dispose food.
- Collect all the garbage (kitchen, bathrooms...) Place it (inside bags) in the pantry or entrance of the hall.
- If you have moved any furniture, please put it back where it was placed before.
