Queen Room with Private Bathroom & Hot Tub on Patio

Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke/vape outside and on the back patio. Please dispose of butts properly. Parking: Parking is available on the North side of the street or one spot is available on the left side of the driveway only. Kitchen Use: The microwave, stove, and coffee maker are available for use, and you’re welcome to store items in the refrigerator. Please clean up after use. Pots, pans, and knives from the block should be washed by hand; everything else can go in the dishwasher. If you use dishes, please start the dishwasher upon checkout. Dishwasher tabs are available under the sink. Hot Tub Use: The hot tub will be available for your use at any time during your stay. Before use, guests must sign a liability waiver. Blank copies of the waiver can be found in the welcome folder in the room. Please upload a photo/scan of the signed waiver(s) through the ******** messaging system. If you use the hot tub after 10 PM, please be mindful of noise. Pets: Up to two pets are allowed with a combined 50 pound weight limit. Vaccination records are required and breed restrictions may apply. Dogs left unattended must be crated, and cannot be left unattended during quiet hours (11 PM to 7 AM). Events: Only 2 guests are allowed in standard booking. Additional guests are allowed to visit outside of quiet hours for an additional guest fee. Shared common areas can be reserved for small events (up to 10 guests) outside of quiet hours for an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.
