Apartment description: Hello dear ones, Here I put my apartment at your disposal.
It is 1 large room which contains living, dining and sleeping facilities!
There are two double beds available and a large couch which can also be used as a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and takes up a lot of space. Here you can entertain guests and cook comfortably.
It is an attic apartment, which is bright and ventilated through many skylights.

The location: You can feel the peace and quiet in the tranquil Oelsberg. The cowbells tinkle, the wind blows a gentle breeze.

Dear all, So that everyone feels comfortable here and the apartment can continue to be available to others in the same way, we naturally need a few tips and rules. I put my heart and soul into this and hope that you can respect this and help to keep it fun. IMPORTANT: -Please close the windows when you leave the apartment. Close windows when it rains! Water damage is really expensive and not much fun. -Please be considerate of your neighbors. Please keep the music volume and TV volume low. From 10 p.m. keep the volume down! -Smoking is forbidden in the apartment!!! -Please open the skylight when cooking. -Parties or large events are not permitted in the apartment without prior agreement! -Shootings, video shoots and the like require prior consent! -In general, the destruction of furnishings in the apartment is not permitted. Any willful destruction will be reported to the police. -If something is accidentally broken, please let us know. Solutions can be found. We are all only human I wish you a great stay
