2 Double rooms in clean spacious house, with excellent transport links

Spacious bright room in chilled Victorian house. excellent direct transport links to centre (12 minutes), East (25 mins to Dalston & Hackney), Euston (8 minutes), fast Airport trains from West Hampstead & Paddington, coaches from Finchley Road & Wembley is 8 minutes by tube. The area is residential, with extensive high street food & clothes shopping and cheap restaurants. We are close to Paddington for Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express & 15 minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras for the Eurostar. Hiya, the spacious double bedroom is on the 2nd floor, the double is on the 1st. This 3 storey house has 2 bathrooms, 2 outside areas and never feels crowded. It is a very relaxed, welcoming (so I am told) chilled, space. 'Star' the rescue dog I found on a beach in Northern Cyprus, lives here, so dog friendly humans will be happy and so far every "non dog lover" has fallen in love with him. I'm a musician, DJ and photographer, studied at UAL, was born in London, and love to travel. We're in Zone 2, but 15 minutes to Bond Street and Kings Cross St Pancras. Hampstead Heath is 6 minutes by overground and we are only 2 stops from Euston. It's a multicultural area with excellent direct transport links to centre, museums, galleries and universities. We are north of Paddington (4 mins away on the tube) & West of Camden Town. (11 minutes away on the overground). Everywhere is within easy access, including the 5 airports that serve London. The spacious bedroom is at the front of the house and gets a lot of sunlight. There is storage space, plus drawers under the bed, a dressing table, varnished wooden floor and a desk if you need one to work. There is good WiFi in the house, so it can easily double up as a work space, due to its generous size. We have tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, a bath, shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. There is a very spacious wet room on the ground floor, the washing machine is on this level , as is the urban garden. The double room on the first floor also has a work desk, as well as storage units and shelves. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, water filter, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. We have clean, fresh, 100% cotton bedding & towels, plus a fast wifi connection, and Netflix. Smokers can use roof terrace and the contemporary, urban garden. Three parks and green spaces are under 2 minutes and 10 minutes walk away. Oxford Street, Portobello and Camden market are all 15 minutes away. The house is fitted with smoke and security alarms and double glazed windows. There are 5 large supermarkets on the main high street a few minutes walk away, Tescos on the corner of the block, plus several Mediterranean fruit and vegetable stores, as well as 2 organic markets at the weekend plus local shops on our road. There is a great take away and food delivery service, its easy to get Uber and The Kiln theatre and cinema are around the corner. The front room is often available for guests to socialise in, depending on my work load and what I have going on. There is a dining table in the front room.
