At Ubuntu Nook, we aim to provide a serene, welcoming environment for all our guests. To ensure everyone’s comfort and maintain the quality of your experience, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following house rules: 1. Check-in and Check-out Times • Check-in: From 3:00 PM, Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability; please let me know in advance. 2. Noise Policy • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other residents in the area by keeping noise levels low, especially in the evenings. 3. Smoking Policy • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Guests may smoke in the designated balcony area. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. (Ash tray provided) 4. Cleanliness and Care • Kindly keep the space clean and tidy during your stay. Report any spills, damages, or maintenance issues immediately to help us address them promptly. Please dispose of trash in the provided bins 5. Visitors and Occupancy • The property is reserved for the number of guests indicated in your booking. • Visitors are welcome but must not stay overnight unless pre-approved. 6. Security and Safety • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to ensure your safety and protect your belongings. Please do not share the Wi-Fi password or key lockbox access with any strangers. Fee for loss of key: 1,000 ksh. 7. Appliances and Utilities • Be mindful of energy usage by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. Do not tamper with any electrical or plumbing installations. 8. Prohibited Activities • Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed without prior permission. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises. Management will not be responsible for any self-inflicted incident reported. 9. Pets • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon during the booking process. 10. Departure Checklist • Place used towels in the laundry basket, ensure all appliances and lights are switched off, dispose of trash in the designated area. • Leave the keys at the agreed drop-off location.
