Villa Ethir : Contemporary Villa Tamarindo with ocean view

Villa Ethir is a contemporal home built on the point between the estuaries of Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. The noun 'ethir' derives from old Sindarin and means 'mouth of a river'.

Punto San Fransisco - as locals call it - is situated on a rock that overviews Tamarindo beach on the right and has Langosta beach to your left. You have direct beach access in front of the villa to both playa Tamarindo and playa Langosta,which is the more upper end part of Tamarindo. The villa has it's own private garden and private pool. There is a barbecue outside in the garden. There is a large kitchen/living room with a modern kitchen island. Kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, ... Wash machine and dryer are at your disposal. The main bedroom and bathroom are built on one side of the swimming. The two other bedrooms on the other of the pool. All bedrooms have own private bathroom and shower. Private parking in front of the house and 24/7 security guards present in the gated beachfront community.

There is a surf spot right in front of our doorstep and others within 10 minute walk. Safe place, quiet, very green area but only 10 minutes walk / 2 minute drive from Tamarindo center, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and clubs.
